Hi girls, I just thought i'd share that Ive been doing a mindfulness meditation course to help with the stress and anxiety that has come with our TTC journey. I'm in Sydney South so if you are interested in the one I'm doing PM me. If you're not in Sydney, you should be able to find something by searching for a mindfulness meditation course in your area. They're usually run through psychology clinics. The one I'm doing is rebatable by Medicare with a referral from your Dr.
Essentially mindfulness meditation allows you to focus on the now, let go of the past and not obsess about the future. I still have teary days occasionally, but can accept that tears are ok and seem to be able to move on more quickly. I've found it really helpful and centering.
