Hi ladies,

Hoping someone could maybe give me a bit of an idea - I've spoken to my mum and she said it's probably just one of those things but I'm curious if something similar has happened to anyone else...

I've had cramps over the weekend, nowhere near as bad as AF cramps but enough that I knew it was there. Last night I had one really really bad cramp on the right side and then it calmed down again. Woke up this morning and had to use the bathroom and (sorry if TMI) there was A LOT of dark red/brown blood on the paper when I wiped. It has now changed to a very faint pinky colour and I'm still cramping a little as well.

Phone says I'm due to O in 6 days, and AF finished up completely 9 days ago, so does anyone have an idea what it could be? I'm not worried about it, I just find it very odd because it's never happened before. Poor DH is worried about me and I've been ordered to spend the day in bed.. LOL.

Anyway any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks :) x

Was it mixed with any CM? If it was it could possibly be implantation bleeding and you Oed earlier then your ap says. (Do you track it any other way?? Like symptoms of O?) Or you were Oing atm and that is left overs from when you had AF. Thats my two logical guesses...

Third one and most unlikely but you could be one of those people who get their AF and still be UTD. Only way to solve that one is to POAS and see the result.

Good Luck if it doesn't clear up I would head to your GP.

The texture of it and how much was there looked as though there may have been some CM in it, but to be totally honest as soon as I looked at it I wanted to vomit ThumbDown So I tried not to look at it too much.

I have started to follow my O symptoms but because I'm still learning I rely on the app more than what I'm feeling.

I think I will hold out til tomorrow to see what happens, if it is still there I'll POAS and go see the Dr.

ovulation usually occurs 10-14 days after af, so when I'm TTC I always start from day 10 and DTD ever day or 2nd day between 10-15 just to be sure(and I've got 4 kids Wink so must be doing something right)
Sounds to me like it could be an implantation bleed, you can get a cramping sensation too as implantation occurs. Best of luck. you'll find out soon enough!
