For parsley I think it's as it may have been sitting around for a long time, and bacteria can build up if it's not washed properly.
I've been eating runny eggs all through this pregnancy, the reason being that the risk is very low, and the only thing I'm risking is Salmonella (which is nasty, but will affect me not the baby). I won't eat deli meats and salads or soft cheeses though.
Listeria is VERY rare, so don't stress about it too much.
