I am 6/7 weeks pregnant and this morning I woke with a dull ache to my lower right side I've had no bleeding and no other problems but it is just that it has been nearly 5 hours and I have still got it I think I might be off to the doc as soon as DH can get home, but I am scared, should I be? I've had dull aches that can last hours or days since the start of this pregnancy. Sometimes down low across the front, and often on the right. I don't know if it's related but the last week or so In the mornings the right side of my belly is higher and when I poke around I can feel bub sitting on the right side. I think they like it there and that's why that side is more achey. They say as long as your not bleeding, or in pain it's probably just round ligament pain. Or as rach said poo pains, or gas. Id say your fine, but as im no expert definitely get checked out if your concerned.

Well went to docs, and an ultrasound, got to see bubs all in the right spot, and little heat beating away, my right ovary is swollen and she thinks that nay be what is causing the pain, but also could be a urine infection so sent that off for testing. If I hadn't (STMI) gone to the toilet last night, then I would've thought maybe you could be right I am still a little sore at the moment but at least I know things are ok for now Clomid baby Hamish12/08/2009 fed to 10 months Little brother Harrison 10/3/2011 fed to 10 weeks :-( Miscarriage survivor! 6 pregnancies 3 losses Make a pregnancy ticker

glad u got checked and all is good i also had lots of cramping and pains early on and Dr thought it was either ovarian cyst playing up due to all the changes or just bub getting really settled in, either way its scary - but glad you got to get a look & baby is doing well
