Not currently pregnant but I do have twin 2.5yr old boys. If you want to talk or want to pick my brain ... you're welcome to anytime.

I posted in twin chat, but yes I am too.

My twins are due Feb 7. They could be either identical or fraternal as I have two placentas and two amniotic sacs.

At the moment (unless they just aren't posting in twin chat) I think we are it for the pregnant twin mummies. Tania is due for a c-section in a few days but she has not posted for about 10 days so she may have gotten her wish and had the vaginal delivery she was after.

Hi hopeful mum,

I found you (i think!). Have been wanting to ask you how you are going with it all. Have you had any morning sickness yet or any other symptoms to make you 'feel' pregnant?

Hi Blue!!!!

I am well, Yes Symptoms have started, mainly tiredness (very very very tired) and Nausous...I have not been sick at all but just feel sick. I have a bad cold at the moment and that is making everything worse!

I had a OB apt yesterday and got to see both heartbeats again, so things are looking positive and hopefully stay this way!

I hope you are going well......Ill be keeping an eye on what your upto!!!

hey there!! well i new to this but i am currently prg with identical twin girls i almost 20 wks. i have a 6 yr old little boy already. i dont know if it normal but i feeling very overwhelmed and thought maybe joining a chat site would help me with this.
doctors have put me a semi bed rest due to a few issues i have had. we found out very early on that my twin girls have only one placenta so they have put me in high risk preg. was wondering if anyone else is carrying twin in same suitation ???
well i look forward to chatting with anyone i would love some support by people whom expecting and all ready had twins i feel like not many people know what it like to be having twins

Im not pregnant with twins nor do i have twins but you have come to a great place for help and advice and support :)

You should head over to the mums of multiples thread viewtopic.php?f=81&t=23736 that is the twins chat thread...and you will find a lot of other helpful threads in there too.

Welcome to M&B :) You will very soon find yourself totally and completely addicted :D
Congratulations on your pg and get as much rest as you can!! Hope those two little cherubs are taking it easy on you :)

Hi Alicia,

Nice to have another mum pregnant with twins!!!! and someone else to chat with about it all.

I am on semi bed rest too!!! but for a differnet reason. My cervix is shortening so i am at high risk of going into preterm labour! I am having another scan today to see if it is shortening more. if so I may go into hospital for full bed rest!!!! I hope not. I am 27 weeks tomorrow! So too early to have them yet and I am hoping they stay put for a while!

I actually thought that more identical twins only had one placenta is that not correct??? are they both growing at similar rates!

My OB sends me for so many check up scans!

Well look forward to sharing info/stories with you!!!
