I noticed after reading this magazine for years that the diaries are always from parents who are having babies with no problems or abnormalities. I would really love to see the diary on the feelings of parents to be of babies who do have issues like Downs Syndrome or other disabilities. I think it would help those who are going through a similar pregnancy know that what they are feeling, and going through, is normal and that there is others out there in the same boat. It can be a very lonely journey when you are experiencing it yourself. Just a thought. DS1 - Luke 16 DS2 - Brock 15 DS3 - Xavier 2

definitely a good idea bronnie! also i was wondering if the mag could do feature stories about heart conditions in unborn and newborn babies. make people more aware of things. from the least dangerous to the life threatening, there is not that much awareness around i dont think. seems it is kind of like a taboo topic but not IYKWIM? bronnie i hope they can do some kind of story on downs

I agree Bronnie, that's a fantastic idea. I would really like to see this happen. Life isn't always peaches and cream. I think it's a great idea too - and in away I would find that a much more interesting read because it's often (I find) TTC that is discussed re: the good, the bad, and the ugly. But as for pregnancies that have complications - well it's almost taboo (like April said). Bronnie - if the opportunity arose - would you consider writing a pregnancy diary for the mag??
