TT twin boys.... 3.5 yrs.! Help needed

Ok, this is the picture.... 2 x 3.5 yr. old twin boys. One will do a wee in the toilet or potty but won't poop. One will not even look at the potty or toilet even after a successful day of wee's in the potty. Refusing to wear undies and today managed to put a nappy on ALL BY HIMSELF!!

Maybe do up a sticker chart, they get a sticker every time they do something. I have read not to jump up and down cheering when they do go as that can put them off. I would try a sticker chart. I have been told boys are harder then girls. My boys were 3 when they started to go. We will see with the girls

I have absolutely no advice, we're only in the very early stages of TT right now, but wanted to let you know that you're not alone, and that it's not uncommon. I heard in a lecture (i'm a nursing student) last week that 60% of children aren't TT by the time they're four. Good luck, I hope it gets easier for you :D
