I can see the scariness of it...but I am sure you will be just fine I admire you...I only have 3 children (4yrs, 22mths and a baby almost 3mths) and am still undecided about what the future holds in regards to our family size....Do you ever feel "complete"?

We decided to stop at 3 LOL...well that went out the window. Having 2yo twins and another singleton (almost 1) I thought our family was complete. But I have to say, there was still a pang for another baby. I know this baby will be loved and cherished just like our other children but the logistics of making sure everyone is ready for the day and their activities are sorted is mind blowing. At the moment, I take the three little ones (not the baby - she's in bed asleep) downstairs and we have 'preschool' which they love. There's always laughter and giggles in our home, often tears, raised voices and toys from one end of the house to the other.....I love motherhood. Motherhood is definitely an amazing thing Yes I sort of know what you mean about the whole logistics thing (even though I only have 3)...sometimes it takes us forever packing things into bags etc. and it takes a while for everyone to be ready to leave the house in the morning! But it is definitely worth it It's lovely watching your children play together and interact with one another- that is such a rewarding feeling as I am sure you already know!!

Both your hands are full and each child relies on you to meet their needs and to entertain them. After 3 when you don't have enough hands they learn to rely on each other a little more and you start to see the team mentality develop. My crowd know that if they want to get to their particular activity on time and unstressed, then they need to help each other get ready, put shoes on, get drink bottles etc. I have seen an unofficial buddy system develop and just love it. It's not that I rely on the older ones to do my job, but I do appreciate their input

Congratulations Motherofmany on your twin sons! I have twin sons aswell...they're so special. Do you find being organised helps you each day or are you less organised? I'm not an organised person but desperately trying to be. Any words of advice? Thank you everyone for your kind words, good wishes and support.
