Just asking on behalf of a friend who is 14 weeks pregnant with her secomd baby. She says she has been feeling big strong movemnts already and has been quite worried, her midwife suggested today that maybe she is pregnant with twins, so I was just wondering when everyone felt their babies move for the first time.....? Thanks!

I was 15-16 weeks when I felt my first baby move, and about 12 weeks with the second. Definitely not twins either times but I definitely felt movements very early on.

I was 18 weeks when I felt my first son move, 16 weeks when I felt my second son move and I was 13 weeks when I first felt little flutters on one side of my tummy, I didnt feel anything for another few days then another little flutter then nothing for about a week then I felt movement from at least one all the time after that, It is possible :D

congratulations to her!!!

I felt all of my babies move fairly early on and we knew we were having twins before I could feel their movements. However, once they did start making movements, it took me ages to work out where the arms and legs were - it felt like an octopus in there!!!

I hope all goes well for your friend :D
