Hi Zoe! CONGRATULATIONS!! When are you due? I just got my BFP this morning - I'm due 9 March. I have a daughter too, she's 2. Looking forward to getting to know you over the next few months!

I've just found out i'm due in March too - 9th March 2010!!!

Yes that's right a BFP!!!! wow - i'm in total and utter shock!!!
I tested on Sunday and got a BFN so I thought I was out for sure, I had a blood test today as part of my tracking cycle and when I rang for the results she said congratulations you're pregnant - I said 'what' she said isn't that what you wanted - I said yes but are you sure - i don't feel anything - i had talked myself out of this month and even told DH over the phone we had no luck again. DH is working away so i'll have to tell him over the phone tonight!!!! Would love to tell him face to face but there is no way I can wait another 3 weeks!!!


My HCG is 40.6 and apparently anything over 25 means your pregnant - so hopefully when I get bloods again on Thursday it will have doubled!!!

Ohhh i still just don't believe it..............it also means we conceived on my birthday - looks like I got the pressie I wanted after all.

Can't wait to share this journey together!

MCNEE!!!!! Wow congratulations!!!!!!!! I'm so happy for you! I know you've been trying for a while. What a shock, especially after you've talked yourself out of it (know what that feels like!!). Bet your DH's reaction will be wonderful. Shame he won't be here for a bit. Hope the next 3 weeks speed by for you!

My hpt was negative on Sun too, but when I looked at it again on Mon to compare it with the Monday one (was sure I could see a really feint line on monday's one) the Sunday one had a definite line!! Sneaky BFP! Have you done another hpt? (I've done about 8! I look at it as spending so much on negative hpts over the months, I might as well spend the same on positive ones!!

My HCG levels on Monday (12dpo) were 66. So about as low as yours. I'm getting a blood test either tomorrow or Fri to make sure their going up as well. Hope we get good news! I'm not worried about it - I'm sure that the reason the hcg is low is because I'm a terminal poas-er so I just found out REALLY early!

Oh, and 9 March is a great date!!

Zoe - I've been thinking about you having two so close together and agree with Preece, although it will be tough at the beginning I'm sure the end result will far outweigh that - they'll grow up so close. I was hoping to have mine close in age, but it wasn't to be. Can't look back and regret - only look forward with happiness

No pg symptoms here yet, apart from tiredness, did the shopping yesterday and crashed when i got home. Hope it's a one off, I was hoping for a few weeks of normalcy before the really pg symptoms hit! oh well!

Thanks for your well wishes amy - i think we both found out vey early! I think your right about the HPT's its great to see the second line - I keep pulling out my + one's have staring at them. It feels so surreal

I had my second HCG BT yesterday - I've gone from 46.1 to 88 They are going to do HCG BT twice a week up until week 7 - so i'll know i'm progressing nicely.

Yes, Zoe this is our first - can't wait - a little nervous and excited. Its weird when you have been working towards something for so long and then you think its out of reach and it feels like it will never happen and then it does - it doesn't feel real - i still check for AF when I go to the loo?

Still no symps just thirsty - no sore (.)(.)'s at all maybe things will be different next week? I seem to wake up at 3am and need a toilet break and then I find it hard to go back asleep - still trying to get my head around it!!! Spoke to DH on the phone last night - he is so excited now and I made all the bookings for the 8 week scan (had to push it out to 8 weeks so DH can be there as he doesn't get home until 22nd July) fingers crossed all will be fine.

Better go do some work - have a good w/end!
