Does anyone know if clomid can be taken while breastfeeding?? I still havent had an AF so I guess I would also have to take the tablet that makes AF come as well (I for the life of me at this very moment can't remember what it's called). Possible??

It is not recommended and it may affect your milk supply, although possibly not to badly as breastfeeding is already well established. It's effects on passing through to bub have not been fully researched, however it is generally believed to be safe.

Provera? It passes into milk, but no adverse effects have been found for bub.

yep I asked my Dr and he was very rude about it he said "What would you want to do that for?" I said "um because I want another baby" He said that they wont give clomid to anyone who is breastfeeding because one they are not sure what the impact on bubs would be and two it could just be because AF is not coming because you are still Breastfeeding.

Lol so that was a really long winded way of saying no you can't take it while still breastfeeding haha

My doc said it should be ok. If I feed him in the evening (he is only having one bf) then take tablet. It should be not as strong by next night. Mmmm not sure if that is the case though.
