It is not recommended and it may affect your milk supply, although possibly not to badly as breastfeeding is already well established. My doc said it should be ok. If I feed him in the evening (he is only having one bf) then take tablet. It should be not as strong by next night. Mmmm not sure if that is the case though. Kerrie
