Has anyone got some good headache remedies for during pregnancy? I've been having them daily Sad
Panadol does help but I don't really want to take it daily.
I drink heaps of water and eat lots of food! So Im thinking tension headaches - I can feel my neck and shoulders are really knotty...

I had these too, Osteopath or remedial massage, Ive not had a bad one since.
Hope you have one of the above near by and get onto it. My neck and head were so out! But fine as now, have had one headache since and that was at a wedding on the weekend where I wore a headband. (think that was the culprit)

Try increasing your intake of Iron and Vitamin B, too. I had terrble headaches before starting to take these supplements during pregnancy.
