Thanks again for all the good wishes everyone Smile

I just did my first injection last night and it was fine. Needles done't normally bother me at all, but the thought of giving it to myself freaked me out a bit for some reason. But then it was so easy, I should never have worried! Feeling a wee bit blah today though - not sure if it is side effect of just a coincidence.

Starting daily BT's on Sunday to see when my LH surge happens so hopefully IUI will be next week. Yay!

Great news Amelia, the injections become second nature unfortunately RollEyes the only one I didn't do myself was the trigger because it had to go in my butt, so that was DH's job although he was wonderful and ever so gentle.
How exciting BigGrin next week will be here before you know it, praying it works first time

Thanks Suzanne and Jules Smile

Insemination done (lol how romantic!) so now the 2WW begins...

DH had a seriously awesome sperm count - 79 million with 90% motility - what a stud (or so he seems to think LOL ). And my FS thinks based on my bloods that I had 4-5 mature follicles released, so here's hoping!

That's awesome Mealsy!! I will have everything crossed that this is your month BigGrin

It sounds romantic Laugh but seriously it too bad, was it?

Your DH must be happy! I don't know if you've ever seen the tv show Rules of Engagement but a couple in that are TTC and he gets tested and the doctor tells him he has super sperm and he walks around looking all smug and says to everyone "I have super sperm" LOL

not sure if that will work but it was worth trying to share!

LOL Nattie - yep I did see that episode - so funny! Laugh Nope it wasn't bad at all. No more uncomfy than a pap smear and took all of 5 minutes from when I walked in til I was walking back out again! The needles and blood tests were the most annoying bit of the process honestly.

Yep I'm hoping hoping hoping!!! From the stats it sounds like we have around a 15 - 20% chance each cycle, which isn't that awesome really, but it is about double the chance of us conceiving naturally given how long we have been trying... This is going to be a sloooooow TWW I can tell! I am 1 DPO and I am so impatient already RollEyes Laugh
