After 7 years of bfing with my youngest baby being almost 10 months, I have just yesterday, for the first time ever ... been hit by the mastitis bus. And it's it just like being hit by a bus.
Ooooouuuucccchhhh!!!!!!!!!!
It threw my famiy into disary. Luckily my Mum comes over on a Tuesday anyway. And DH was home with manflu. I usually get ontop of this with cabbage leaves and hot showers, but not this time.
I'm on AB's and brufen so feeling so much better today. Geez it knocks you around. Tired! Pfffff ....
I'm never taking my health for granted again. I'm going to start looking after myself better. Eating regularly, going to bed earlier, not constantly doing housework and chasing after kids and hubby and the business. This is my solem pledge!!!!!

Thanks everyone. Everything settled down once I got the AB's into me. A few nasty poos for the boys until I finished the meds. I still really need to keep reminding myself to stop and eat and drink, sit and stop, and all that 'sacraficial lamb come Mummy' stuff. Don't forget to look after yourselves ladies. (See if I tell someone else to do it, then I'm more likely to do it myself!)
