Does any one use cold and flu tabs if/when they get sick during the TWW? I have a few preggers symptoms, most I have experienced before, some new ones (Lebonese bread almost made me throw up last night- just thinking about it). I test on 18th, took a test this morning just to be sure before taking any tabs-BFN but I am not surprised its too early really.
Yesterday I got sick-serious flu/cold! Today I am miserable and took the day off work, but not really feeling any better. I dont wanna take anything that could harm the bubby I am hopefully growing.
Any ideas? I would love your imput. I rang the pregnancy helpline and the healthline (I don't wanna pay $70 just to hear a dr tell me I am sick, go home and rest. No sh*t right!)but they really didnt give me any help as I have not had a BFP.
Thanks

Oni

P.S Dh is taking wonderful care of me- cooking dinner as I write this.

I've always avoided Cold and Flu tabs in the TWW and used things like nasal sprays (there are safe ones in pregnancy) and paracetamol. For me I'd rather err on the side of caution

Me too, the natural Brauers stuff should be okay, I've taken that when pregnant.

Thanks,

You confirmed what I was already thinking. I too would rather err on the side of caution. Back at work and totally wish I wasn't!!! Might look in to the Brauers stuff this afternoon when I get off
